Tingz uses UPS for most of its shipping needs. Our teams work hard to make sure shipping is as fast and easy as possible.
After you complete your purchase, we try to make the entire process simple with full visibility. We’ll send a packaging kit or parcel to the creator to pack the item. Once we receive a personalized video confirmation from the creator that the item is ready, we’ll pick it up to bring to our fulfillment center for inspection and quality control. As long as everything is in order, we’ll then re-pack it and send it your way.

We ask creators to prepare their item for pick-up by a Tingz representative within 5 business days of purchase to make sure your item arrives on time.
An item will take 7-14 days to arrive, on average, after the item is picked up from the creator, verified through a personalized video authentication (which you’ll also receive), inspected at our fulfillment center, repackaged, and finally sent to the buyer.
We ask creators to prepare items for pick up as fast as possible because we know you want your tingz.
We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We support shipping to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Although we’re not offering international shipping right now, we are planning to ship to most countries around the world. We will officially notify you when international shipping will become available.

Tingz will not refund orders after 30 days of placing the order.
In order to buy an item, you’ll need to add a payment method to your account. You can add your payment details during checkout or at any time by going into your Account Settings.
We accept most major credit, debit cards, and Apple Pay. We use Stripe for payment processing and apply the relevant processing fees to our service fees.
Tingz follows Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliance requirements. When accepting payments, Tingz does so in a PCI compliant manner.
Payment processing is done by Stripe, audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
