This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Para Terms of Service and is the single source of our rules on prohibited content and conduct. It applies to all Users (Fans, Creators, and Agencies) and to all User Content and activity on the Services. We may remove content and suspend or terminate Accounts for any breach, and we report unlawful content to the authorities and to NCMEC.

1. Core principles

  • The Services are strictly for adults 18+.
  • All sexual content must involve only consenting adults (18+) whose identity, age, and consent are verified and documented.
  • Content must be legal, consensual, and owned by or licensed to the Creator.
  • If in doubt, do not post it and contact us.

For any content in which a person appears:

  1. Age & identity. Every person must be at least 18 years old at the time of creation, with government-issued ID verified.
  2. Consent. Every person must give prior, written, informed consent to the creation of the content and to its distribution on the Services.
  3. Collaborators. If anyone other than the verified Creator appears: if they have a verified Para Creator account, they must be tagged; and if they do not, the Creator must submit, before publishing, the collaborator's government-issued ID, a signed consent/release form, and a photograph of the collaborator holding their ID next to the signed form, to complaints@para.co.
  4. Withdrawal. Any depicted person may withdraw consent at any time; we may remove the content.
  5. Records. We retain these records consistent with our § 2257 Compliance Statement.

Content that does not meet these requirements must not be posted and will be removed.

3. Absolutely prohibited content

You must never create, upload, request, or share content that:

  • depicts, involves, or sexualizes any person under 18, or anyone who appears to be, is implied to be, or is presented as a minor (including "ageplay," school-age role-play, or minor-coded styling) — CSAM is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement;
  • is non-consensual, including "revenge porn," non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), hidden-camera or voyeur content, content obtained or shared without the depicted person's consent, or AI-generated / "deepfake" sexual content depicting a real person without their consent;
  • depicts or promotes sexual violence, rape, or non-consent presented as real, incest involving real relatives, bestiality, necrophilia, or other extreme content prohibited by law or by our Payment Providers;
  • depicts or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion, or escorting, prostitution, or commercial sexual services or their solicitation;
  • depicts serious self-harm, suicide, or real violence or gore for sexual gratification;
  • involves drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods or services for sale; or
  • otherwise violates any applicable law or the rules of our Payment Providers.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, including reposting others' content without authorization;
  • harass, threaten, bully, defame, or "dox" anyone, or disclose private information about another person without consent;
  • circumvent the Services to transact with another User off-platform in order to avoid fees, or solicit Users to do so;
  • engage in fraud, payment abuse, or bad-faith chargebacks, or use stolen payment credentials;
  • share or sell account access, or operate an Account on behalf of someone whose access has been terminated;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or data, or use bots or automation without our written permission;
  • introduce malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
  • post spam, deceptive, or misleading content, or manipulate metrics; or
  • redistribute, screenshot, screen-record, or repost another User's content outside the Services (Fans receive only a limited personal viewing licence — see the Contract between Fan and Creator).

5. Content labeling and honesty

  • Disclose paid promotions and sponsorships clearly (for example "#ad").
  • Label AI-generated content where required.
  • Descriptions, prices, and claims must be accurate and not misleading.

6. Reporting

Anyone — whether or not a User — can report content or conduct that may breach this AUP or the law through our Complaints & Content-Reporting Policy, including a dedicated no-login channel for non-consensual intimate imagery and suspected CSAM.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and as appropriate: remove or restrict content; issue warnings; suspend monetization; suspend or terminate Accounts; withhold or forfeit earnings; preserve evidence; and report to law enforcement and NCMEC. Serious or repeated breaches, and any breach of Section 3, may result in immediate termination without notice. Where required, we provide a statement of reasons and an appeal route under the Appeals Policy. Enforcement under this AUP is in addition to our other rights under the Terms of Service.
