Para has zero tolerance for human trafficking, modern slavery, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), and non-consensual content. This Statement is part of the Para Terms of Service and also serves as our statement against modern slavery and human trafficking.

1. Zero tolerance

We strictly prohibit, and act against, any content or conduct that involves or promotes: human trafficking; sexual exploitation or coercion; modern slavery or forced labor; any person under 18 (CSAM); or non-consensual sexual content. These prohibitions are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Knowing who is on the platform

Creators complete identity and age verification, and must verify and document the identity, age (18+), and written consent of every person depicted before publishing. We use verification, human review, and detection technology appropriate to the risk. Because we verify identities, we know who our Creators are.

3. Detection, reporting, and cooperation

We work to detect and remove prohibited content; we report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, preserve records as required, and cooperate with law enforcement. If anyone attempts trafficking or exploitation on the Services, we remove the content, report them to law enforcement and relevant organizations, and ban them.

4. Reporting to us

Anyone — whether or not a User — can report suspected trafficking, exploitation, CSAM, or non-consensual content via our Complaints & Content-Reporting Policy, including a no-login channel. Reports involving minors receive the highest priority.

5. Support for affected persons

We handle reports from victims and survivors with care and confidentiality, remove offending content (and make reasonable efforts to remove copies) promptly, and signpost specialist support and reporting hotlines where appropriate.

6. Governance and review

Responsibility for this Statement sits with Para's management. We review our policies, verification, and moderation practices regularly and update them as laws and risks evolve.
