Para is committed to compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 ("Section 2257"). All content on the Services is produced by Creators who are contractually required to verify, and to maintain or provide records establishing, that every person depicted in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was created.
All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on the Services were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the visual image was produced. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept on file with the appropriate Records Custodian (below).
All other visual depictions are exempt because: (1) they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv); (2) they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A produced after March 19, 2009; (3) they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after March 19, 2009; (4) they were created prior to July 3, 1995; and/or (5) Para does not act as a "producer" (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) with respect to such depictions.

Records, to the extent Para holds them, will be made available to authorized inspectors by the Records Custodian at:

Each Creator is the primary producer of their content and is contractually required to verify and document the identity, age (18+), and consent of every person depicted, and to provide such records to Para on request, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use.
